Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 business days from the date of order. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been despatched. Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are typically despatched the same day.
Is delivery free?
Yes — we offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £50. For orders below £50 a flat-rate shipping fee applies, which is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently we ship within the United Kingdom only. We are looking into international shipping options and will update this page when that changes.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is despatched you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this on the carrier's website to see exactly where your parcel is. If you haven't received a tracking update within 2 business days, please contact us.
Products & Compatibility
Are all your products genuine and new?
Absolutely. All products sold by Hypermartique are brand new and sourced through authorised distribution channels. We are an authorised UK seller for Crucial, Kingston, Seagate, Western Digital, SanDisk, ADATA, Canon, HAMA, Arctic, and Gigabyte. You will never receive a grey-market or refurbished product from us.
How do I check if RAM is compatible with my motherboard?
We have a free RAM Compatibility Checker tool on our homepage. Simply select your motherboard socket/platform and the RAM type (DDR4 or DDR5) and we'll tell you instantly if they're compatible. If you're unsure, you can also contact us and one of our team will advise you.
What warranty do your products come with?
All products include the full manufacturer warranty. For most memory products (Crucial, Kingston) this is a lifetime warranty. For Seagate and Western Digital hard drives it is typically 2–5 years depending on the product range. Canon cameras come with a 1-year UK manufacturer warranty. Full warranty details are shown on each product page.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day no-quibble return policy. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return and full refund. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
What if my product arrives damaged or faulty?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Billing & VAT
Do you provide VAT invoices?
Yes. Hypermartique Limited is VAT registered (Reg. No. 485579430) and we include a full VAT invoice with every order. If you need a copy of your invoice or require it in a specific format for your business, please contact us.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments with SSL encryption. We never store your card details.
