How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, simply email us at support@hypermartique.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery. We will respond within one business day with return instructions and a prepaid return label where applicable.
Conditions for Return
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been installed, modified, or physically damaged by the customer. Sealed software, memory cards, and USB drives cannot be returned once opened unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, we will cover the cost of return and offer you a full refund or free replacement — your choice. For faults that occur after 30 days, the product may be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our returns conditions, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Your Statutory Rights
Our 30-day returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose you have additional legal rights which are not limited by this policy.
